Light House Village Campus
Soaring Heights consists of apartment homes and a community center. It is built at Light House Village in Conyers, Georgia. Light House Village (LHV) brings together multiple nonprofit organizations on one 27-acre campus in order to maximize resources to better serve those in need of specialized residential opportunities which are scarce, if not absent. Each partner organization targets a unique service gap in our community.
Sustainability
Much research in the area of a third-party service provider for the needs of the developmentally disabled brought View Point Health to be the perfect partner for Soaring Heights. View Point Health will provide needed assistance in the day-to-day activities and services required to allow for semi-independent living.
The annual partnership mode provides services through waiver fees for various levels of care for our IDD individuals. Choosing a model that relies on government waivers ensures Soaring Heights will serve those with fewer resources and access to care. Donating to Soaring Heights ensures that services are provided for additional needs and the campus is maintained.
